Steam train on Fort William to Mallaig line

This picture was taken by Dennis last sunday the 15th august between Arisaig and Morar and shows the steam train (the great Marquess) hauling the Jacobite shortly after passing through Arisaig on the last leg of the journey between Fort William and mallaig.Nikon D3X with sigma 24-70 f2.8 lense. more at http://www.scotphoto.com/

After a few attempts Dennis managed to get the right conditions for this shot of the great Marquess 2-6-0 running alongside Loch Eil last sunday the 15th August with the tide full in,no wind,and a good head of steam coming from the loco.Taken with Nikon D3X with a 24-70 sigma f2.8 lense.More train pics at http://www.scotphoto.com/
